How does my team share projects?
Choose your company's storage in Settings › Sync & Storage: Dropbox, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or OneDrive, and a folder in it. Share that folder with your team in the storage service, and have everyone pick the same folder in the app.
How do I add someone to our plan?
The person who pays for the plan goes to Settings › Subscription › Invite Someone and enters their email. The app writes them an email with the steps. They sign in to SiteDims with that same email.
I've been invited but the app says I'm not on the team.
Sign in with the exact email you were invited with. If you use Sign in with Apple, choose "Share My Email", or sign in with Google instead. Then pick your company's shared folder in Settings › Sync & Storage.
How do I add more users?
In Settings › Subscription, tap Add Users and move up to a bigger plan. Apple charges only the difference for the rest of the period.
How does the free trial work, and how do I cancel?
A new plan is free for 14 days. Cancel any time before it ends in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in the app at Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
I got a new phone. How do I get my plan back?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings › Subscription.
Where are my projects kept? Can you see them?
On your device and in your company's own storage folder. We don't run servers that receive them and can't see them. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Delete Account & Data removes everything SiteDims keeps on the device and signs you out. Projects in your company's storage stay there for your company; delete them in the app or in the storage service.
Which laser measurers work?
Bosch (GLM 50 C, 100 C, 120 C, PLR C models) and Leica DISTO lasers connect directly: switch on the laser's Bluetooth and tap Settings › Measuring › Scan for Devices. Any laser with a Bluetooth keyboard mode also works: pair it in the device's Bluetooth settings, then measure while the length keypad is open.
